課程概述 |
風險管理在各領域已經是行之有年的課題，而在醫療界則是從病人安全議題被重視後，才開始獲得相當程度的重視。本課程將從提供者的角度，針對健康照護領域各種風險管理概念、工具與技術的介紹與討論，也將著重於風險管理實務的執行。此外也將包含危機管理以及溝通技巧的介紹
Risk management is an important issue in many fields, however, in medical society, it began to get attention since the patient safety issue was rising. This course is designed to introduce and discuss various risk management concept, tools and techniques in healthcare context in the provider's point of view. This course will emphasis on the design and implementation of risk management practice. In addition, this course will also introduce the crisis management and communication skill in crisis management.

本課程結束後，期待修課同學能具備以下能力:
1.了解風險管理的主要要素與議題
2.了解執行風險辨識與評估計畫的知識
3.建立風險評估與危機管理的能力
This course seeks to prepare students to develop their competencies in the following areas:
1. Understand the main components and issues in risk management
2. Understand the knowledge required for conducting project in risk identification and assessment
3. Build up the ability to the risk assessment and crisis management
